a bucket of margarita

So, I was thinking about this layout that Maddy designed for me. I have several thoughts about it which is probably good since it is made up of ink blot designs and you are supposed to have thoughts about those. At first it made me think about the Mothman Prophecies and then I started thinking about x-rays of pelvic regions. Actually, I think the one at the very bottom sort of looks like a naked man from the armpits to the knees (oh and with a rather small penis). Go ahead and look . . . I’ll wait. Didn’t see it? Well, I guess you have no vision or I am just a bit sick. I like thought provoking layouts.

So every year, my boss gives me a small plastic pumpkin filled with mini Reese’s cups to commemorate October 11, 1996 when this horrible supervisor was forced to resign. The first couple years I guess I thought that this was kind of funny, but now I’m thinking that it’s just kind of weird. I know that woman was deranged, but 7 years later we still need to celebrate her departure? Oh well, I have Reese’s cups.

Tonight is the night for dinner and trivia. I’m kind of dreading it. I hope that more people than just Linda and her family show up. I hope my friend Tom comes. Every experience I have had with Linda and her family has been me watching as they argue over everything. At least if Tom is there, I can have a conversation with someone else. Tom is cool—he’s an old hippie dude and he has the best stories.

Poor Miss Kitty has been sick with a cold this week. She has interesting ways of treating it. She decided last night that frozen margarita would be the way to go (we have a bucket of margarita in our freezer at present) and she brought me a mug of margarita slush last night. She cracks me up.

Well, I guess I should get back to work.

Love to all.
